Weekend Training

Hi Guys,

Below are all the details for this weekend. Any questions please do not hesitate to call me.

Remember to bring your medical forms

Gear List -

Raincoat
Thermal top and bottoms
Woolen hat
2 lt water bottle
Running Shoes x 2
Toiletries
Sleeping bag
towel
2 x plastic bags
Socks
Appropriate running attire ( no cotton )
$10 cash  ( gas)
Sleeping mat
Fleece jumper
Tracksuit pants
Casual clothes for night time
Personal medication
Sunhat
Cellphone
Wetsuit ( optional )
Sunscreen

Saturday - 

Arrive at Livs house at 10 am,  please make sure that you have bought lunch and snacks for the day. 


Sunday - 

Pick up from Livs house at 3 pm.

Food Duties -
(please remember that you are cooking for 12 people so please make/ bring adequate portion sizes)

Madi - Salad, Cereal
Courtney - Garlic bread, Milk
Geneva - Toast, Canned fruit
Wilson - Bacon & Egg pie
Jaden - Lasagne for 6 people
Connor M - Lasagne for 6 people
Connor H - Bananas and apples, lettuce
Macey - Bread rolls, Ham, cheese
Mika - Museli bars, spreads
