Overnight Training Camp

Hi Team,
Sorry I have left it so late to put out the details for the overnight, was away all week with Year 10 camp.
Please find below, all the details for the camp:

Participants:
Unfortunately we are only able to have the get2go team and seniors at this camp. This is mainly due to the activities I need to run on the day.
All Seniors are welcome and encouraged to come, please let me know if you intend on being there, so that I can sort out the teams. We are having a training at Girls High on Thursday night, so it might be worthwhile popping in.

Location:
The event will be run out on Robinson and Ody Rd. Camping will be on the Jagger Farm. You will need to meet at 8am on Saturday 1st of December, at the end of Blue Horizon Rd. Your parents can pick you up on Sunday morning at 12am from Taurikura Bay, opposite the tennis courts.

Activity:
Racing will begin at 9am and will last till after 3pm. The day will be made up of Orienteering and problem solving activities. You will be in groups of 4, with one senior per group (I am hoping that there will be enough seniors coming to have at least 3 groups)

Camping & Food:
I will be supplying tents for you to sleep in. You will need to plan with your group, what you will be eating for dinner (saturday night) and breakfast (sunday morning). You will need to organise your own race food for both days, and have sorted lunch for the Saturday. There are cooking facilities out there, such as; BBQ and Gas cookers. I suggest that you bring something pre-cooked.
