Sunday 17 June 2012

Hi team

This weekend on Sunday we are having a training from 10 till 12 at Barge Park. I would like to see as many Juniors there as possible and if you are a senior or intermediate it would be good training for you as well. All of those who are going to New Plymouth for the Nationals need to be there, as it will be good contour training. IT will cost nothing. You need raincoat, thermal, snacks, water, running shoes, pen, and whistle (possibly a towel for the ride home). You will need to sort out your own rides out to Barge Park, and have to bring with you a letter of permission to take part in the training programme. I will be there along with members of the Whangarei Orienteering Club, who have offered to help. Any questions please come and see me at school.
