Hi guys,
As mentioned at training tonight, I am keen to go out MTB on Saturday at 3.30pm from Mains Rd, which is off Vinegar Hill Road. The ride will go till 5pm, so long as we get away at a descent time.

Mountain Bike (Matt)
Helmet
Water Bottle
Thermal Top
Raincoat
Bike repair kit
Parents are more than welcome to come along.
