Hey Guys,
Next week on the 1st of November, the Girls High sports awards are on. They go from 6pm till 8pm and I expect the junior team to be there to support the girls. The cost is $4.00 a ticket, and that money needs to be paid to the Girls high office. We will be going in costume, so think up some good ideas for dress ups.

Training Dates
Hey Guys and Gals,
The time has come to announce the final 10 squad members that will be training for the Get2Go finals in December. Like I said at the start, because of the type of training that we have to do to get ready, I can only have those 10 coming to thursday night trainings. However, this does not mean that you can not come to the events that are taking place over the next few months. So keep an eye on the blog for dates and events, and contact me if you are keen.
Get2Go Final Squad will also be starting Nav training on Monday nights from 3.45 to 6pm. This is an optional training for the squad, however, it is not only for the best Navs, so anyone can come.
This Thursday training will be for juniors only.

Water Bottle
Thursday 4th of October: Meet at Girls High Gym. This training will go from 9am till 1pm. You will need all the gear listed above.

On a side note I need to know from everyone, who can help out for the last weekend of the school holidays. Who is bringing soup and who can help serve sausages. It will be on Saturday and Sunday. If you can not be there, then you really should be making some baking to be sold at the event.

On the 13th and 14th of October (which is the last weekend of the school holidays) the Auckland Club Champs are being held in Whangarei for the first time. This is an amazing opportunity to race on first class courses, and have a new experience of a real orienteering event, with sprints and long distance. You need to enter today if you are keen. We are selling food at the event as well so you might as well get out there and have a race.
YOU need to enter on this website:
