Change in Training Schedule
Hi team,
There was an Orienteering event scheduled for this Saturday night, but the club has postponed it until the following Saturday. On the calendar we have not scheduled a training for this Sunday because of this event, and we will keep it this way. So have a sleep in and go for a run instead.
At this stage we will still run the scheduled Sunday training the following weekend (3 July). And encourage anyone to also attend the Orienteering event at Barge Park the night before (2nd July), particularly those interested in navigation. This event however is not organised by the school and Bec and I will not be there (not in a supervision capacity). So, I encourage you to take your children and try this out for yourselves - a interesting and fun Saturday night!.
We will post more info about this event on the blog closer to the time.

Here is the final details for this event. Please keep an eye on the blog until Thursday, I will put all changes in Red. The kids only have 7kg carry on luggage, please be mindful when packing. Everything needs to be packed into one bag, which may mean that your race pack is tucked inside of your travel bag. Please also think about weather one person in your team will be carrying some of their team mates gear.
As many of you will be running in cross country this Friday we will not meet to train. However if you want to look at the map from last year then please contact me and I will drop it off at school.
